Posted that the condition of the bag was 9.5 but when I received it, the condition of the handles was very bad.. When I asked her about it, she said it must have happened during the delivery process. She said anyway, I was getting the bag at a very cheap price... It's not about what I paid.. It's about being HONEST!!!

Hi, I’ve explained to you on how these may happened. This may caused by how the logistics handled the item. When it was packed, it was in a good condition. For an original and good condition bag, the priced offered was acceptable. I even offered a solution how this can be repaired, I can bare the cost for repairing. But instead she wanted a full refund, what am I gonna do with a damaged bag now?
