I bought two earphones from you. And i checked only one at that time and i havent checked on high volume but its producing noise in right ear piece and other earphones i havent tried infront of you and mic was not working at all. I went to apple store yesterday for replacement and they said purchase receipt is compulsory else they wont even check. I bought warranty piece from you even though cost is high so that i can benefit but now its of no use anymore without receipt. Please provide receipt.
