I’m kind of disappointed bec the dress arrived with some visible snags and signs of heavy use even though it was listed as “Lightly Used”. Even though the price was such a steal, I wish the seller disclosed the defects or at least posted pictures of them in order for us buyers to manage our expectations. Overall, the dress is still usable and okay. Just not in the condition that I expected.

In most of my listings, I mention to please manage your expectations as I am selling at a declutter price - I should have seen its condition and although being busy is not an excuse, I honestly overlooked this one. I wished you could have just let me know via our chats, because I am willing to give it to you for free. I will return the payment - and give the dress for free either way.Thankyou
She accepted my offer with the item immediately. She is very responsive to my inquiries too!
