Purchased with multiple items and never received the skirt or a refund for the mistake of not sending. No attempts at resolving the issue. Not happy

The shorts were not the size stated and arrived in very stained condition that wont come out. Besides the stains i asked the seller if we.could come to an agreement on refund as item not as desribed and no response after several attempts and coming to an agreement. Purchased multiple items and one didnt get sent and i asked about it was told must have been fotgotten to be packed. I didnt get refunded on that either. Unfortunately i didnt pay with paypal so have been scammed.
