Buyer originally was fast, responsive and made an offer immediately. After providing payment info, buyer mia despite reminders and f/u messages for a wk. Buyer f/u one wk later and apologize for MIA and provided an acceptable reason. Payment was made immediately. I gave her a negative remark previously and now that she was honest and sincere in buying, I gave a 2nd chance. Will be fair hence am giving her a positive experience to encourage her to be upfront with her reasons vs mia in future.

👎🏼 Everything seemed fine at first, then she suddenly stopped replying me 1 day before meetup and left us waiting 😨 She then changed the meetup to the next day which we we complied, but messaged me only very close to the timing to call it off. Deal at your own risk.
