The item is indeed brand new. Buyer only paid $60 for a $699 babycot and made a big fuss of it. Cheap skate buyer returned the item and was refunded. Usually item once sold is non-refundable as I've assumed that the buyer had checked the item before leaving. The damaged part was done by the buyer when he was assembling it and put the blame on the seller. That caused me to dispose the item. If you want a perfect condition, go and buy a new one.
