Seller was very accommodating and willing to meet up at a halfway point. There was some rust on the GPU but assumed it was only limited to the backplate so I was ok with it. The rust had actually spread a little into the inside and I tried talking to the seller about it but I was ignored even though he gave a 1-week warranty and I was 50/50 about refunding the item because it was working fine.
