buyer negotiated and didnt check the items condition yet wanted to ask for a refund aft the packaging was ruined. item was kept for v long hence thr are stains but it can be washed off. i am not to blame for the fact tht u didnt check and tht thr are no refunds allowed
4 years ago (edited)There was no checking involved since courier was arranged and you claimed the item was brand new. It is your responsibility to declare any defects, not use your no refund policy to be dishonest. Look at my other reviews, I’m a transparent buyer. You’re unhappy that you were called out for your behaviour, and I was understanding enough to try to wash the stains off. Unfortunately, cracks cannot be washed. You can, in fact, be blamed for your own no refund policy. Edit: Seller is suspended
