Have agreed on a date to complete the deal which i have waited for 2 to 3 weeks. Then on the day we suppose to transact, buyer gave some reason that he cannot deal now and need to wait for another 2 months to transact. Thus as per agreement that he did not complete the deal on the agreed date. Deposit will be forfeited. In the 2 weeks that i have waited to complete the deal, i have also missed out alot of opportunity where some buyer even offered higher. Ridiculous buyer
