Seller after accepting my offer of $200.00, claimed another buyer had offered a higher amount for the rod and reel and thus he has decided to sell to him though a agreed date and time were fixed for collection with the initial buyer myself. Not keeping his word and seeking a higher sale price was unprofessional and not how a business transaction should take place.
