Despite clearly telling them on Carousell that I wanted wood restoration services that could bring the table back to an even colouration, this was the end product. Then look at their reply on WhatsApp when I highlighted the problem. After consulting with an actual furniture restorer, the varnish they use is for outdoor decking. Not meant for furniture. Now Iโve to pay more to remove it.

The varnish used was for outdoor decking. It was not meant for indoor furniture. They are a paint company, most definitely not a furniture restoration company and are not honest in saying that they canโt do the job.

Highly patient lady and she answered all our queries so patiently and managed to make changes based on our requests. V are very happy with their team,they even have constant supervisors on field to check. Team is very prompt and very focused & well prepared on what they do.
