I bought 3 watches. One of my watch clasp was faulty n wasn't fixable. After informing seller, he told me that his watches were non-exchangeable. I remind d him that it wasn't my fault to change it but because the watch was broken. After arguing , he agreed to replace me with another watch, which I have not received. His prove pics r ?? - photo sake) as one cannot be sure if he had dropped it in or retracted it. Pls be careful when dealing with him. 2 out of 3 watches had faulty/broken clasps!
Trust that my overwhelming good reviews can defend this accusation. 1st, items were BRAND NEW & checked without defects. After deal, buyer claimed they are "faulty" AFTER SHE ADJUST & demanded for an exchange. Stated in my T&C there's no exchange/refund. Buyer argued she didn't see the T&C hence it doesn't apply. Buyer started harrasing me so I decided to buy her replacement OUT OF GOODWILL. Sent mailing proofs but look what happened still PM for details before dealing with this funny buyer
