⚠️ Jiajia is a VERY difficult buyer. She wanted a refund for a package bought @ $550 (RRP $1445) claiming it was different from the regular package. I got in-store confirmation (on video) that they were identical. She pressured me again for a refund after trying to convert it into store credit for a lower value than our transacted price. Had to block her after she harassed me with nasty messages.
I have never tried to convert it into store credit. This seller was dishonest and sold a trial package bought for $380 for $550 without disclosing it was a trial package beforehand. Upon checking with Browhaus, the trial packaged which she purchased at $380 didn’t allow you to choose any therapists like she claimed, master therapists are not allowed to do trial sessions.
