Made offer at $1000 even though my price was $1300, Whn I accepted she Low balled to $950, then said she is not buying. Very true example of a very bad carousel buyer who made offer just for fun. She is selling items too, am sure her dealings are no better. It's People like this who gives carousel a bad name.
