Unreasonable seller. Very hard to deal with. Not trustworthy. Mutually agreed to deal next day 11 am at amk hub but back out later by saying he wants to save time from travel. Stay in Hougang but cannot travel a little bit to amk hub or nex. Only want to deal in Hougang. I stay in the West also willing to travel to amk hub or nex to meet u. But u only want everything to your convenience. Bad deal!
