I accommodated their inquiry even after long intervals (months) in between, and even after working hours. In the end even if I booked the item for delivery, they were unsure if they wanted the item and asked if the rider could take a return trip if they didn’t like how it worked. They were aware of all item’s conditions (on listing and in chat) as they said, so it feels like a waste of time.
