Messaged that she wanted item but said was overseas and can collect after only. I had to text everyday to check if she wanted the item as I will need dispose it if not needed, replied back with excuses such as looking for driver and came back from overseas. Wasted my time as I could have disposed the item. Could have just stated that they are not interested in the item!

WORST person to deal with! Unreasonable,Demanding, and Threatening. She couldn't fix it with guided user manual & accused item is faulty. Item is workin perfectly fine after item is delivered to the donated place. Had extremely unpleasant experience. After filing report, Carousell rule out this dispute in favour of me (seller). Out of goodwill, I refunded $23 (as agreed by buyer after delivery $)
