Interaction and responsiveness excellent. Accuracy of description and quality of product extremely disappointing. Rather than “very good” more accurate would be “heavily used”. Arm rests & back stained yellow, strong odour, if covers were ever washed then seller failed to mention the total degrading of internal cushions.underneath material all torn.Ottoman in very good condition.

1. It was definitely in very clean condition. The cushions were duck feather cushion even new ones in ikea have that odor of duck feather. Plus they were free items. 2. It was mentioned that it was 2 years old, and had some stains. Pictures were shared. 3. You got something worth more than $1500 for $280. Do you really expect brand new condition? There is some wear and tear. Photos were shared of the condition. Payment was also cash on delivery. So you had the option to check before buying.
