the audio interface is in good condition and works well. it has no scratches and looks new. however, I cannot give 5 stars because when i collect it from seller, I found that the USB cable is missing. seller said that originally it doesn't come with cable. I found out from music bliss that cable is included. seller wasn't honest enough.
