I inadvertently sent the wrong item and this person cursed me like nobody's business without asking for my explanation. It was a genuine mistake but he acted very unprofessionally. The reviews on me by other buyers and sellers tell what kind of seller I am. Check out my response to his review.

Follow-up review

I had apologized to him many times for the mistake and it was my first mistake since I joined Carousell 4 years ago. I had even made it up to him by giving him higher discount and a free gift. I just don't think I deserve the 1 star review.
