Sauby and wife were great host! Did a party for them but I felt like I was the guest instead, always making sure that I had something to eat. The ladies were lovely as well, pleasant and courteous, making it especially fulfilling to serve them. And of course Sauby was very on the ball, making planning logistics for them a breeze. 10/10 would serve them again!
