sent the bear out and gave a mailing proof. because i have already shown and gave you proof of mailing therefore i am not liable for lost mails as i've already stated. however i decided to refund half the amount back. i did not receive the return bear either so it doesn't make sense for me to refund full amount. and i have written a return address.
