I don’t want to give it to you for free? I reserved for you yet you changed the time TWICE said very jam, I checked map there is no jam at all. Then said you have a meeting, so why you choose the time 11.30am when you are busy? This is a free item so many people asking for it and you expect me to keep postponing for you? I don’t owe you this item, I wrote there first come first serve. Full of lies and excuses, and your level of entitlement is unbelievable.
