Buyer CHECKED the item as described & even pulled up & down the handle! He was happy with it & paid after that. 11mins after I had left & was driving.. he sent msg saying handle was sticky! I got home only to realise that he gave a bad feedback b4 I could reply! He didn't give me a chance! He was very impatient, rash & rude! Now.. he claimed that he can undo the nasty feedback BUT has decided to try to remove the stickiness first! This is not the way to resolve!
