The seller did not show up at the destination where we were supposed to meet and now he is saying that I was the one. Pathetic to be honest. I've brought $190 in cash to pay for the item but the seller did not even messaged me. Phone number he gave was not working, at first he refused to give as he preferred to chat via carousell which was suspicious to me. A seller was suppose to give phone number to be contactable easier. Anyways, thanks for your replies.
