Detailed pictures has been shared. She requested to lower the price and I accepted it. When received, she claimed the bag hardware is rusty.
Yea that’s right. She shared only good looking pictures or old good ones. The hardware looking clean and gold in pictures but when I received it the whole metal rusty. She asked for pictures and I gave it to her but not even say sorry for not checking thoroughly. Unlucky me.

Selling genuine product and everything about the product has described clearly in the description including the scuffing on the bag. Overall condition is still good, clean, and looks new beside the scuffing. But despite the description, buyer didn’t ask further regarding the scuffing and proceed with purchasing the product l. Now, the buyer suddenly claiming that the product is not genuine.
1 year ago (edited)She claimed that she already show picture of the scuffed on strap. But the picture quality was not good enough for me to see it. Which was not my problem. She should take a better picture than to avoid misunderstanding with any buyer since the price is not like buying a candy.
