this person wanted to pick up a free mattress and ghosted us and didnt reply when agreed to the pick up time

MIA user. the user had agreed on picking up the item and provided pick up schedule. the user did not pick up as scheduled and did not respond to messages. i could have disposed the item with the mover and due to this Mia user, I have to arrange separately.

overall a fairly bad experience, though 2 stars because eventually still came to collect item user went MIA after giving an offer, only replied after prompting. did not turn up on agreed pick up timing, changed pick up time repeatedly. eventually left item outside for him to collect by self, but took other items not for him. did return the item after evidence shown to him pretty problematic

Mia on collection. I rush all the way and he even replied that he have reached and is already downstairs but did not turn up at all. Waste of seller’s time to make arrangements.
