I showed u twice that the item is working very well but I don’t know why its not working in your laptop maybe ur laptop is the one not connected or something.. but I’m pretty sure and demo how to do bfore u get the item.
Ya.. I msgd u on chat window already why it's not working on my laptop.. It's requires printer software installation cd that comes with the printer... Since you have already installed software cd on ur laptop when u purchased it, which is why its working on ur laptop.. If ur able to provide printer software cd I am okay with that. Otherwise I want to return ur printer.. No use for me.. Thanks
