Replacement was issued almost immediately and support was provided throughout the entire process. The buyer repeatedly sent excessive messages, demanded outcomes that were already explained as unavailable, and threatened to report the seller. They also stated they would spread false claims. Communication was extremely difficult because they did not allow reasonable time for assistance disgusting🤡

me as the seller i done my part and provided a replacement within 5 minutes and spent a lot of time trying to help. Despite this, the buyer continuously spammed messages every few minutes, threatened reports, and admitted they would spread false information if they did not get their way. Very difficult to assist someone who refuses troubleshooting and constantly escalates instead of cooperating.
