Seller was initially accommodating and transparent. However, the wrong item was shipped and the seller even acknowledged it was a mistake and that it was another listing on their carousel page. I bumped the seller every day since then to rightfully exchange it, but have not gotten any reply and it's been 11 days. I have been very polite in every message i've sent but still no accommodation.
