The unit is operate more than 2 years instead of 3 months. It sold not from HKTVmall and it is from another company. I need to clean the heavy dusty interior that has tons of dust on the blowet that cause extreme low airflow and noisy. Just hope this is an mistake from you that swap another newly brought unit from HKTVmall. Not a good experience.
