not man of words agreed on pricing and dealing. Behind sold off after someone offer higher price without notify.
Prospect was not able to commit to a specific date and time to deal, citing irregular work hours as a reason. As a result, I chose to sell it to another interested party who was able to meet the asking price for the item at a specific date and time.
