Great service from these guys. Very transparent and good prices. I sent a pic and approximate measurements of my balcony space, and they communicated well with me, came to deliver, fit and install very quickly. Very nice guys, good work, and quick and efficient service. I asked about handyman work too- they do it as-well. Ill deffo re-engage them as and when necessary! Genuinely good service.

Bob was very responsive and helpful and getting our laundry rack installed. He provided alternatives for me to consider when he realised my service yard had some restrictions for the installation of the rack and in the end, I have a laundry rack! highly recommended.

Quick, efficient, reliable and very easy to deal with! Decided to change our HDB drying rack after we bought our resale flat, and the mechanism is sooo much easier to use compared to the original. HDB’s ropes kept breaking, but theirs uses a beaded chain for better and sturdier grip. Also, their post-installation service is also fantastic, even came back to help us fix an issue we faced!

Bob and team did a great job to replace my faulty hdb indoor laundry rack. He kindly accommodated my timing, and helped me arranged a same day appointment to fixed. The rack he replaced worked very well and he took time to teach and guide me how to use properly. Highly recommended, you be in good hands.

Seller was very prompt to reply and install the laundry rack within an hour. Appreciate that he also called and video call to ask the sellers pulley direction and show me picture after it’s done. Payment was made after service, assurance of quality and service. Satisfied with the service provided! And the rack was also new.

It is hard to find such rack at this price. Bob go extra mile to teach you how to use the rack and his price is really affordable compare to those online. Do look for him if you need manual or electronic laundry rack.
