簡單來講，浪費時間，浪費錢。 水樽紅色部分有明顯花痕，賣家仍堅稱「全新」，實在無法理解。溝通後，賣家接受退貨，及退一半錢。 這是一個差的交易體驗： 1）我一早表明水樽必須是全新，要作禮物送朋友，賣家回覆是「全新」，是無心之失，還是誤導，賣家自己清楚，我無法知道。 2）賣家以「買家交收時沒有檢查清楚」為理由，推卸責任。問題是，如果產品描述正確，如實描述，全新就全新，有花痕就有花痕，買家有需要驗來驗去嗎？如果親身出來交收，驗到並非全新，都已經浪費買家時間。這是誠信及細心的問題。 3）賣家若連評核產品新舊程度都有困難，請好好檢討。 4）賣家以往表現，不代表此交易的情況。不是說「無遇到買家退貨」等於此產品描述正確。 5）唯一可取是賣家算負責任，面對事情，接受退貨。
