This buyer appears to be a joy buyer, showing interest until plants to be packed, but ultimately not proceeding with the purchase. This results in unnecessary time, effort, and packing material being used by seller. Thank you

Have you never purchased plants online before? 1st - On this platform, there is no option to select Clear Express courier service. To ensure live plants arrive safely, I need to use a suitable courier with next-day delivery. 2nd - Since my account is not linked to my personal bank account on this platform, how am I supposed to receive the payment through the platform itself?
15 hours ago (edited)Would be wise to note that Seller wanted to settle payments outside of platform, and request extra rm20 for " shipping" but didnt mention anything before hand. Seller also requested personal informations early on before the deal had happen. Beware of this seller Kindly be noted that seller should not force buyers to make payment outside of platform and come up with an excuse such as " account not being able to be link". Therefore of such is the case, this issue should be raised to Carousell.
