Do not buy from this person. He is a scammer. Says that local mail will take 2 weeks to arrive when it usually only take 2-3 business days at the most. Claims to have sent the mail but didn't take a picture of the sealed envelope with address and stamp as proof. After a month of not receiving the mail and receiving alot of excuses, he finally said he got it back as returned mail. I requested a meetup instead and he started ignoring my messages. Terrible experience, account reported.
