Item as describe, prompt response, answer all questions, also attend to the request in providing more info and pictures of the item. When picking up the sewing machine, found that most accessories are missing (refer image). Since it is quite expensive to get the original presser feet, she gave discount on the spot, hence I decided to get it. Nice and polite lady to deal with.
