Made an offer but didn’t pay. Very clear on my listing description that I only accept cashless transactions (Bank and Gcash) but she insisted COD, which I clearly DO NOT accept as MOP. Until she said she’ll pay via Gcash... then again she never settled payment nor replied to my messages.

Offered on 4 of my listings on a Saturday. And promised to pay on Monday. I agreed. It's Tuesday night at this time of writing and SHE NEVER RESPONDED. All of the other negative feedback about this buyer are true. BOGUS BUYER. JOY RESERVER. UNPROFESSIONAL. NOT WORTHY TO DEAL WITH.
