Context: Buyer asks for discount which I agreed for self collection. Claims item is faulty & demands refund. I offered a full refund for item to be returned to me or a partial refund for benefit of the doubt. She asks if I will pay for her bus fare which I disagreed & buyer settled on partial refund. Refund has been made. This is Carousell, even retail stores need items returned for refund.

2 years ago (edited)So not true box is already so old and the item only works for like 1 min. Such a waste of time dealing with this kind of people. Been buying things from carousell for so many years first time dealing with such. Be careful when purchasing things from her.
