Take special note when dealing with this member - he made an offer and then not follow up promptly after that, offering to pick the item up and then went MIA twice after that, causing me to waste my time and efforts taking down the item to be ready for collection. Is other people's time is not as valuable as his? If there can be no star given, I would have done that.
