Seller is nice until there is a clear problem with her product, she refuses to acknowledge it or give full refund. She even got her brother to come and 'fix' the problem with her to prove that the problem doesn't exist. After the two scammers have 'fixed' it, when it happened right in front of their eyes again, they denied it outrightly & insisted its because they have not tightened it enough. The tripod of this selfie stick keeps coming loose no matter how tight you screw. Buy at your own risk
Buyer expects a full refund months after she gotten the product because she didn know how to use the product. I tried and tested but it was fine and the problem that she claims only happen when she tries it. I offered her a refund or exchange of the tripod only, but she refuses and expects a full refund (after months). Next, i sold the product to you don't need to drag my brother down. In what way have i scammed you? I still met you and tried to solve your 'problem'.
