I don't quite understand what she is doing. When a person's bio makes it quite clear what their rules are, you are suppose to follow it. That is the basic law, and also the basis of any common law. And its also common sense, and respect. So why would anyone make an offer based on your terms, and is accepted, then says "I'll pass", just because she doesn't want to pay upfront or for SF Express? OMG, my bio clearly states you MUST pay first, and you pay for the delivery. Gamer

Confirmed date, time and place, and the buyer DID NOT SHOW. I wrote to the buyer several times in the morning, even left my number with her, and still no reply. I waited 20minutes at our agreed location and gave up. Very disappointed in such a disrespectful buyer.
