Sincere buyer who made swift purchase. Asked in the morning and collected in the afternoon on time, no nonsense. Appreciate it!
Seller has confirmed purchase of item & arranged for meet-up between 2-4pm on 28/12/17 Thursday. Personally not against buyers backing out on deals, however seller has wasted my time going down to the warehouse and there was no news nor contact from her 1) before I headed down from home, I checked if the deal is still on 2) after heading down (despite no news/contact), waited for 2.5 hours @warehouse 3) till today (29/12/17) , 2pm exactly 24hours later. Overall, not a pleasant experience

Displeasant/fussy buyer after I try to explian about dismentle charge fee tdy. I thought it free but Handyman already come down to dismentle electrical item. Buyer is not pleased over dismentle fee. We dont know how to dismentle so honest to inform him. Yet he back out half way dismentle it. Told him too late. waste my time/handyman come down all the way to my place cos buyer will come 11am tdy. His nephew fix it Foc in the afternoon tdy.pls honest yourselves. Handyman alre complian so I pay him
Seller compromised yesterday at $40 but 2 hours before collecting today,asked me to pay Xtra for dismantle fees.Should not charge buyer if really sincere to sell,go as promised price.waste my time for calling my handyman to fix it today for my house.
