Very responsive and polite through chats and texts! :) What's more to improve is being polite in person, being on time, and updating the photos. For agreed meeting places, it would be nicer if the seller waited there than call the costumer when she's near and let the costumer walk/run to where the seller stopped the car then hand over the package w/o even stepping out. I'm also aware that the book is used but there's a white mark that wasn't seen on the posted picture. Hope this helps!
