Insincere buyer. Avoid. He agreed to buy and then didn't show up on designated day saying he had to work late. On the second time he didn't show up again because of rain. Asked me to reserve for him and said he would contact me in a week but never did! Not cool at all. Only transact with this person if you want to waste your time!
