Seller misrepresented a 4-year old item as a 1-year old item that is new and unused. Found out the true age after checking the serial number with the retailer. Seller also wrapped the item in a plastic wrap implying that it was sealed and unused. Ultimately I found out that the new item was not wrapped in that manner, and the seller admitted that she wrapped it herself 'after testing' to 'prevent insects' from entering the item. Very dishonest.
