PROS: Reasonably polite and apologetic about the situation. Also initially clear and prompt with communication, offered a reasonable price CONS: Informed me that she would be 30 min late but eventually I waited 1.5 hours and she still didn't turn up! Replied sporadically which made it difficult to know how much longer to wait!
