This fb is only made possible after I raised the issue to Carousell. Seller cancelled transaction immediately after I msged her abt a defect, which means I initially couldn’t leave a negative fb here. Take note of this “trick” that Sellers do to ensure they only get positive feedbacks. That said, the item received was torn and defective. Seller denied responsibility, claimed to have “checked”, and does not offer any form of refund/return/exchange. Cavalier, flippant and unprofessional.
1) did not cancel transaction as claimed 2) item was thoroughly checked as all items that are sent - claim vs fact issue, who can really confirm though? 3) buyer was rude and full of accusations in all her replies - can’t be bothered with her know-it-all (read: pretentious) and snobbish attitude In cases where there are defects/ suppliers sent wrong item I’ll immediately flag up a note to buyer & kindly ask for their understanding and do an exchange Lesson to learn: be nice if you want smtg
