Buyer kept delaying purchase and played me out eventually.

Stop making a fool of yourself by playing people out. Offer and arrange to meet today 3pm yet wait for two hours never turn up and message her/him never even bother reply.

Buyer made an offer for both pieces, then changed his mind to one then at the eve of meet up changed his mind that he didn't want anymore.... not a very decisive person. Would not recommend. Waste of time.
