The seller is cooperative when asking for detail. The actual product varies from the listing one. The PSU is actually a RMA unit, probably RMA a 2024 unit when the old unit ran out. All cables and packaging are still new. After swapping this PSU into my current build, the coil whine from my previous PSU is almost eliminated. Suspected the rest of the noise came from the motherboard instead.
